Hi, I'm James and I am a local Charlottean. I've been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I am a licensed General Contractor in North & South Carolina and have a Construction Management degree from East Carolina University. I have worked on prominent high rise buildings, multi family apartment complexes, commercial renovations(ex: South Park Mall restaurant, Charter schools, hotels), million dollar custom homes in the Charlotte metropolitan area. I'm personally involved in each job we complete.
